Privacy Policy

I will only collect and retain personal information that is required for purposes relevant to the legal aspects of your marriage - your legal names, and the details that display on your marriage licence. I will also store your contact details so that we can stay in touch.

Your information will not be passed on to another party, except with your express permission, for example to another celebrant if for some reason I am unable to officiate your ceremony but have prepared it in advance, or where required by law (for example to the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages).

Your feedback, photographs and videos will only be used in promotional material by me, your authorised celebrant with your permission.

You have the right to check the accuracy of your personal information as retained in my records. This will be made available to you at your request.
